Manage a portfolio of entities within the group, ensuring the completion of all month-end activities and the preparation of accurate, timely management reports.
Responsibility for revenue recognition on forward fund and construction contracts.
Support the group’s reporting processes.
Coordinate and participate in the drafting of single entity financial statements.
Participate in half-year and year-end reporting, including the preparation of financial statements.
Liaise with the group's internal and external auditors.
Assist in the preparation of the annual report, the coordination and response to internal audit reviews and the maintenance and update of the risk register.
Support the annual and quarterly budgeting and reforecasting processes.
Partner with departments across the business, providing insightful analysis on margin, overhead and capital expenditure variances.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient task completion and alignment with financial objectives.
Review and enhance processes to streamline financial reporting and improve controls.
Contribute to finance-related projects as required.
Uphold a professional image for the company in all interactions with the public and stakeholders.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
