Take ownership of the Stockholm office – keeping it structured, welcoming, and full of energy, while handling suppliers, purchases, and practical administration
Coordinate and administer people processes – from recruitment and onboarding to HR documentation and day-to-day operations
Identify gaps in how we work with people and workplace – and take initiative to design, propose, and drive improvements from idea to execution
Ensure a smooth employee experience by keeping HR systems, accounts, policies, and records organized and up to date across markets
Support teams in Oslo and Copenhagen with office and workplace coordination
Plan and execute internal events, offsites, and initiatives that bring people together and strengthen culture
Coordinate internal communication – information, newsletters, all-hands meetings, and leadership updates – to keep everyone aligned and informed
Drive wellbeing and engagement initiatives that reflect Bruce Studios’ culture of movement and connection
Act as a trusted partner to the COO and managers on engagement, organization, and team development topics
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, office management, HR coordination or a similar operational people role
Proven ability to run processes independently – you don't wait for a brief to get started
Strong organizational and multitasking skills – you keep many things moving in parallel without dropping the ball
A natural communicator who keeps people in the loop, not because you're asked to, but because you understand why it matters
Experience with Google Workspace, Teamtailor and Simployer is a plus
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
Interest in fitness, wellness, or healthy lifestyles is a big plus.
