As HRIS Manager, you will play a key strategic role in driving digital transformation across HR, acting as the link between HR, IT and the wider business.
You will own the HR technology roadmap, translating business needs into scalable system solutions, while leading a high-performing team to deliver a seamless, data-driven employee experience across a global organisation.
Requirements
Lead HRIS projects end-to-end, including planning, delivery, risk management and stakeholder coordination
Manage and continuously enhance the HR technology landscape to support business objectives across multiple locations
Define and deliver a clear HR systems roadmap, covering enhancements, integrations and releases aligned to the people strategy
Drive automation and efficiency improvements across HR platforms, improving overall service delivery
Oversee system configuration, upgrades, testing and governance, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Deliver reporting and insights to HR leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making
Manage and develop the HR Systems team, fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture
Partner with HR, IT and wider business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions
