Own and drive product performance for the Aftenposten brand, working together with analysts dedicated to performance insights to ensure continuous improvement and impact
Be part of Aftenposten management team to shape priorities and ensure clear communication on product strategy, performance, and progress
Drive the performance of Aftenposten digital products in close collaboration with editorial, data, subscriptions, advertising, and product teams
Guide product planning, and prioritization in alignment with Aftenposten´s goals and Schibsted Media’s overarching business objectives
Lead the adoption of shared product capabilities and ensure they fit Aftenposten’s needs
Act as a bridge between product teams and stakeholders across editorial, subscriptions, data, and commercial functions
Elevate product thinking across the organization by sharing knowledge, and contributing to cross-brand product initiatives
Requirements
Strong experience in product management, data, and performance tracking
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Experience with agile product development and continuous improvement
Solid understanding of digital product ecosystems, ideally within media
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, driving measurable outcomes
Ideally experience from the Media industry
Strong leadership experience
