Role Overview
- Own the product strategy for ACCURE’s platform
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap
- Lead a small, senior cross-functional product team
- Translate complex analytics and operational outcomes into scalable product value
- Drive structured product decisions based on feedback and priorities
- Represent the product externally and internally
- Identify productization opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years overall experience
- 2+ years in a leading product role or equivalent
- Worked in or closely adjacent to utility-scale storage, grid operations, energy trading, or asset management
- Experience with analytics-driven products
- Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
- Comfort with ambiguity and non-standard operating models
- Exposure to B2B SaaS development cycles
- Experience productizing recurring service patterns
- 3–4 years in a strategy or management consulting context (energy focus)
