Role Overview
- Project leadership & coordination across all project phases
- Managing agency processes, schedules and budgets
- Briefing, resource planning and capacity management
- Ensuring quality, deadlines and client satisfaction
- Coordinating internal teams as well as external partners & freelancers
- Continuous optimization of workflows and project standards
- Support in pitch preparation and proposal costing
Requirements
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an agency
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and traditional PM tools
- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility and clear communication
- Strong prioritization skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with client interaction and managing complex projects
- Optional: experience in social media / digital marketing
