About this role
Role Overview
Setup & development
Develop B2B go-to-market strategy for concept stores, furniture retailers, and hotel & hospitality clients
Define target segments, product offering packages, pricing and margin logic
Build a B2B MVP to test and validate the concept
Proactively acquire retailers and manage existing accounts
Qualify and close initial and follow-up orders
Establish and maintain long-term retailer relationships
Attend trade shows, showrooms or pop-up events
Manage quoting and ordering processes
Coordinate closely with Operations on lead times, availability and samples
Implement basic CRM structures and sales processes
Systematically collect retailer feedback for optimization
Analyze relevant KPIs (leads, conversion, basket size, repeat purchases)
Derive assortment and process optimizations
Prepare for scaling (automation, partner programs, key accounts)
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales or key account management
Experience building new sales structures (startup, scale-up or new business unit)
Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution capability
High level of ownership and a structured way of working
Willingness to travel – you enjoy meeting customers in person
Nice to have: experience in retail, interior, design, D2C or FMCG
Experience in B2B sales to retailers, concept stores or furniture stores
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Trade show or showroom experience
