Acquiring new corporate clients and bringing existing client relationships into our mid‑sized brokerage firm
Managing the acquisition process — from lead generation through analysis of the insurance portfolio to presentation
Independently managing commercial clients (minimum: companies of approx. 50 employees) in non‑life/commercial insurance lines, with support from the internal sales team
Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
Actively shaping the company within our OKR framework — e.g., contributing to digitalization or optimization of internal processes
Requirements
Several years of experience at an insurance broker or insurance agency
Experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
Solid knowledge of non‑life (property & casualty) insurance lines, e.g., industrial fire insurance, liability (excluding motor, life, and health)
Completed vocational training in insurance / certified insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
