We are looking for an experienced Onsite Engagement Lead to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and the program leadership for a high-visibility, CxO-sponsored transformation initiative. This role will own discovery and stakeholder coordination across business functions, document the current-state operating model, identify process pain points and efficiency opportunities, and act as the day-to-day point of contact for business engagement.
The ideal candidate brings strong executive communication skills, structured problem solving, and hands-on experience documenting as-is processes, operational challenges, and stakeholder requirements in complex enterprise environments. The person must be equally comfortable in working sessions with operations teams and in steering conversations with senior business and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the onsite face of the program for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions across business and operations functions.
- Document as-is processes, workflows, pain points, bottlenecks, and control gaps in a structured and executive-friendly manner.
- Synthesize observations into clear artifacts such as process maps, issue logs, meeting notes, executive readouts, and opportunity assessments.
- Act as the bridge between business users, program leadership, and downstream solution / delivery teams.
- Drive follow-ups, maintain momentum across stakeholders, and ensure clarity on decisions, risks, and open items.
- Support preparation of leadership updates, steering committee materials, and executive communications.
