Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) across all non-life/property & casualty (P&C) lines (excluding motor, life and health)
Maintain customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tenders/RFPs, including comparisons of policy terms and coverage
Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with the field sales team (management)
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience with an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable role
Sound knowledge in at least one P&C line such as industrial fire, commercial liability, and product liability
Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist, alternatively a relevant university degree
Enthusiasm for actively contributing to the future of Contrust beyond client servicing and for personal development
