Keep PWM’s event calendar up to date and ensure forward planning and overview
Ensure that planned events contribute to PWM’s overall business and growth goals, in dialogue with business owners
Coordinate across teams and functions within PWM ahead of events and activities
Produce and distribute invitations, in line with PWM’s tone of voice and target group
Manage registrations and participant lists, including follow-up and internal feedback
When needed, liaise with external suppliers (venues, technology, catering, etc.) in connection with events
Ensure a high professional standard in delivery so that RM/CEX can focus on client relationships
Contribute to follow-up and learning after completed events

Experience in event coordination, project administration, or a similar role—preferably in a professional services or financial environment
Strong administrative skills and used to working in a structured way across different systems
Used to working with calendars, invitations, participant management, and supplier contacts
Experience coordinating internally across multiple teams and stakeholders
Professional, discreet, and quality-focused
Communicative and confident collaborating with different roles and senior colleagues
Highly structured, thorough, and plan ahead
Service-minded and solution-oriented, with the ability to keep many threads together at the same time
Business-minded and understands why events are delivered—not just how
