Conceptualize, manage, optimize and scale social paid campaigns across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
Provide strategic consulting to (inter)national clients in the development and implementation of data-driven social media strategies and take responsibility for planning and executing complex campaign projects.
Analyze, evaluate and continuously optimize relevant performance KPIs and derive data-driven recommendations to further develop campaigns.
Monitor market and industry trends, test new platform features and develop innovative approaches to generate best practices and successful case studies.
Work closely with internal teams and support the further development of internal social paid processes, standards and knowledge transfer within the team.
Requirements
Relevant professional experience in social advertising and confident use of Facebook Ads tools.
Knowledge of auction-based platforms.
Experience creating audience-focused and cross-channel campaigns.
Openness to other topics related to performance marketing (including the interaction with social).
Experience in operational campaign management is an advantage.
Independent working style, strong communication skills and team spirit, with enjoyment in working with clients and colleagues.
