Confidence Systems is a Silicon Valley based technology company focused on helping businesses document and manage their operational intellectual property. They are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing strategies, create high-quality content, and support product launches while collaborating closely with sales and leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms
- Create and schedule content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and reflects company voice and positioning
- Produce high-quality, hands-on content in support of go-to-market motions, including solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Align content with buyer personas and funnel stages
- Own and continuously refine website copy to ensure messaging is current, compelling, and aligned with product positioning and customer value propositions
- Coordinate with design/web resources to execute updates
- Support planning and execution of field events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Develop event collateral, coordinate logistics, and ensure strong pre- and post-event follow-up content
- Ghostwrite and develop executive content including blog posts, op-eds, LinkedIn articles, and speaking abstracts
- Help establish key voices within the company as credible industry authorities
- Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns for key accounts, personalizing messaging and content to specific buyer personas, industries, and stages of the sales cycle
- Support product launches and feature releases with positioning, messaging, and go-to-market assets
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop differentiation narratives to support sales and marketing alignment
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials including battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides, and email sequences
- Ensure the sales team has current, effective tools to close deals
- Develop clear, structured content and summaries from customer observations, discovery calls, or research insights to inform messaging, product feedback loops, and campaign strategy
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated versatility across content creation, product marketing, and digital channels
- Strong writing skills — able to adapt voice and format across audiences and formats
- Experience supporting or owning sales enablement programs
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Experience with competitive intelligence and battlecard development
- Background in thought leadership content development and executive ghostwriting
- Exposure to event marketing, including tradeshows and webinars
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic web publishing workflows
- Experience using AI-assisted tools for content research and production
