Pano AI is a growth-stage hybrid-remote start-up focused on tackling the wildfire crisis with advanced AI and IoT solutions. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and ensuring effective communication of the product's value to customers in the wildfire detection market.
Responsibilities:
- Own product positioning and messaging for Pano AI’s platform, ensuring clear differentiation in the wildfire detection and intelligence market
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, features, and expansions
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on customer insights and priorities
- Develop high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, ROI tools)
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy and messaging
- Drive content strategy across website, campaigns, and field marketing to support pipeline generation
- Support pricing, packaging, and product adoption initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, utilities, public sector, climate tech, or enterprise software
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling customer value propositions
- Proven experience launching products and driving go-to-market strategies
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to inform decisions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
