Develop and expand the Company’s presence in the region, focusing on active customer growth
Identify opportunities and structure commercial coverage for areas not yet explored
Monitor and guide the team of sales representatives (RCAs), ensuring commercial alignment and execution
Prospect new customers and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts
Define and execute action plans by customer and region, focusing on revenue, product mix and profitability
Monitor performance indicators and act quickly on deviations
Ensure presence and proper execution at the point of sale (POS).

Bachelor's degree completed
Experience in the consumer goods industry, especially household goods, or in wholesalers/distributors specialized in the segment
Experience managing sales representatives (RCAs)
Experience in sales planning and route planning for customer visits
Established relationships with customers in variety stores (bazar), housewares and supermarket channels
Ability to open new business and recover inactive customers
Ability to identify and structure coverage for white areas (untapped territories)
Ability to interpret indicators for decision-making
Availability for frequent travel
Advanced MS Office skills
Valid category B driver’s license (CNH) and availability for frequent travel
