Advance Habitat’s partnerships strategy through partner
and state-specific market research, including contribution to partner membership analyses and opportunity briefs/memos
Support business development cycles with potential partners, including creation of partner-specific presentation materials and financial analyses and partner project management
Support partner implementation and partner success efforts, including stakeholder management, metrics/KPI tracking, escalation of risks, partner expansion strategy, and more
Contribute to inorganic growth efforts, including assessment of potential targets and cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams (e.g., strategic finance)
Enable strategic projects to support key enterprise growth initiatives on an as-needed basis
Bring a flexible, “roll up your sleeves” mindset and an ability to own strategic business problems and structure ambiguity
Requirements
2-4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or strategy/business development at a high-growth startup, ideally in the context of health care delivery
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment
Strong interpersonal skills; high EQ
Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a high degree of self-autonomy and a bias to action
