Role Overview
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and solutions on talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, including change management, cultural alignment, policy harmonization, and employee engagement.
Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
Oversee and advise on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach aligned with company values and policies.
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR programs that support company objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and development to enhance leadership capabilities.
Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to ensure a seamless HR service delivery.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build an inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while mitigating risk to the organization.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HRBP role.
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
Proven experience leading HR integration efforts for acquisitions, including cultural and operational transitions.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
