The Director, HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving talent strategies and leading HR support for business units, with a focus on acquisitions and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and solutions on talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, including change management, cultural alignment, policy harmonization, and employee engagement
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing
- Oversee and advise on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach aligned with company values and policies
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR programs that support company objectives and foster a high-performance culture
- Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and development to enhance leadership capabilities
- Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to ensure a seamless HR service delivery
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for decision-making
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build an inclusive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while mitigating risk to the organization
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HRBP role
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- Proven experience leading HR integration efforts for acquisitions, including cultural and operational transitions
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Master's Degree
- Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
- HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated success in driving change management initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to execute complex HR initiatives effectively
