Product Manager II, Policyholder Platform – Experience

Role Overview

• Own a critical part of the post-bind customer experience
• Create clarity, make decisions, and drive outcomes in areas of ambiguity
• Engage with engineering to evaluate tradeoffs, risks, and sequencing
• Communicate clearly and consistently for team alignment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager role
• Track record of contributing to the development, launch, and ongoing support of software products
• Operate across both backend systems and customer-facing experiences
• Make tradeoffs across customer experience, technical complexity, and business impact
• Partner with product leadership, engineering, and design to shape solutions
