Coordinate a warm client handoff from sales to onboarding
Lead the onboarding process for new enterprise clients
Establish onboarding project goals, deliverables, required resources, timelines and budgets in close collaboration with new clients
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, demonstrating key features and best practices to drive product adoption and client success
Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the onboarding process until launch and hand-off to our Account Management and Support teams
Resolve issues and solve problems through the course of the project
Stay up to date on the latest Gift and Loyalty industry trends
Requirements
University degree or college diploma in Marketing, IT or a related field
3 years or more of client-facing onboarding experience, preferably in the SaaS industry, loyalty an asset
Proven track record of managing enterprise-level client projects and delivering successful onboarding experiences
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
Project management courses or certification (CAPM or PMP) an asset
