Manage onboarding and implementation projects for new clients
Coordinate a warm client handoff from sales to onboarding
Lead the onboarding process for new enterprise clients
Establish onboarding project goals, deliverables, required resources, timelines and budgets in collaboration with new clients
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients
Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the onboarding process
Stay up to date on industry trends

University degree or college diploma in Marketing, IT or a related field
3 years or more of client-facing onboarding experience, preferably in the Saas industry, loyalty an asset
Proven track record of managing enterprise-level client projects and delivering successful onboarding experiences
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
Project management courses or certification (CAPM or PMP) an asset
