You coordinate and organize interview appointments and act as the connecting interface between the business, candidates and internal contacts.
You handle a variety of HR administrative topics across the employee lifecycle (e.g., anniversaries, paternity leave, work permits, etc.) and ensure correct, timely processing.
You process HR-related invoices and support administrative matters such as dunning, data updates and timesheets.
You manage employee benefits such as ZVV, REKA and child care, as well as referral bonuses, ensuring that requests are properly reviewed, processed and documented.
You provide administrative support for talent programmes and reliably prepare the associated correspondence.
You maintain content for the People knowledge database and ensure information is current, clear and accessible.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., KV) provides the foundation for your professional career.
You enjoy interacting with a wide range of people and can present your viewpoint in a friendly yet assertive manner.
You like to work independently, are highly organised and can set clear priorities while managing stakeholder expectations.
You use the MS Office suite proficiently and demonstrate a strong IT affinity.
You are fluent and stylistically confident in German and have a good command of English.
