Requirements
A proven sales performer with 2–5 years’ experience (B2B, SaaS, tech, or similar).
Proven experience winning, activating, and growing broker relationships to generate consistent home loan volume
Confident with technology and highly adept with CRM, automation, and sales technology.
Curious, ambitious, and confident presenting to people.
A natural hunter — loves creating new relationships and closing opportunities.
Comfortable owning targets and managing a sales cycle end-to-end.
Highly organised with strong CRM discipline.
Motivated by uncapped earnings and making a tangible impact.
