8+ years of experience in Paid Social, with a strong record of leading teams and scaling digital marketing operations.
At least 3 years management experience.
Expertise running campaigns for DTC e-commerce brands is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence agency-wide initiatives.
Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and strategic foresight.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
