Build and scale our AI-powered outbound engine for two brands
Responsible for end-to-end campaigns (targeting, list building, sequencing, optimization)
Generate a steady stream of qualified leads by intelligently combining AI and automation tools
Ensure clean, structured CRM data and reliable workflows
Translate sales goals into automated software processes
Requirements
Experience in growth, RevOps, or outbound marketing
Proven track record with end-to-end outbound campaigns
In-depth understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging
User insight and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo)
Data-driven, proactive, and confident in working with automation and AI
Fluent in English; German is a plus
