Manage end-to-end execution across creative, content, media, analytics, and partner marketing workstreams.
Own production schedules, content calendars, approvals, and workflow management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Coordinate asset development and campaign activation readiness across internal and external teams.
Serve as the central point of coordination across marketing, product, analytics, and agency teams.
Facilitate clear communication, alignment, and handoffs between stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on campaign status, timelines, risks, and key decisions.
Support Partner with analytics teams to track KPIs and gather performance insights.
Manage relationships with agencies and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
6–9+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign execution, or program management roles.
Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-channel marketing programs in complex environments.
Experience in enterprise organizations (e.g., fintech, financial services, HR tech, or B2B SaaS) preferred.
Strong project and program management capabilities with experience managing timelines, approvals, and workflows.
Experience working across matrixed teams and cross-company partnerships.
Solid understanding of marketing campaign operations, creative workflows, and content production.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and support performance optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
