Build Strong Talent Pipelines
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of job boards, social platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach to attract high-quality candidates.
Partner with Leaders
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and advise on hiring strategies, market trends, and candidate selection.
Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience
Ensure every candidate interaction reflects our brandclear communication, timely follow-ups, and a professional, engaging process from start to finish.
Leverage Data to Drive Results
Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates) to continuously improve performance and outcomes.
Strengthen Employer Brand
Support initiatives that position LaserAway as an employer of choice, including participation in hiring events and contributing to talent attraction strategies.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines across multiple channels
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (ClearCo a plus!)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
