Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, program leaders, and internal stakeholders to support both active hiring needs and future contract growth
Participate in recruiting and hiring manager meetings to align on hiring needs, priorities, and progress
Partner directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience
Maintain accurate pipeline data, tracks candidate sources, and ensures data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Requirements
3-5 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or blended)
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
Experience supporting government contracting, federal, or proposal-based recruiting environments
