About this role
Role Overview
- High volume full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Interventionists (BTs/ RBTs) in a designated area
- This includes screening candidates, interviewing, making offers, and follow up communication
- Work with operations team to identify staffing needs
- Sourcing candidates using our ATS, job boards, social media and other resources
- Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track your candidates' activities and job postings
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years healthcare recruiting experience, with a strong preference for prior ABA recruiting
- High volume recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Bachelors degree
