About this role
Role Overview
Develop and foster value-based relationships with new and existing North American SMB customers.
Drive Up-sell & Cross-sell initiatives by prioritizing accounts with the highest propensity to buy.
Complete Marketing Qualified Leads with a defined SLA to increase revenue.
Research customer contracts and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities.
Manage the opportunity pipeline with timely updates to management on progress and outlook.
Collaborate with Solution Specialists to expand the footprint of Adobe Solution streams like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, and Frame.io.
Engage with supporting functional teams to resolve customer issues related to their Creative Cloud Subscriptions.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven track record in sales, customer success, or account management.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to recognize customer needs and proficiently apply solutions.
Experience with CRM systems and research tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
Ambitious, goal-oriented, and capable of excelling in a competitive environment.
