Lead complex transformation and digitization projects at Swiss banks — from analysis and target operating model through to production and operations
Analyze and structure banking business requirements (e.g., in Retail Banking, Wealth or Asset Management) with a clear focus on data, processes and impact
Develop functional concepts, target states and data models, considering governance and implementation aspects
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications (user stories, epics, data and interface requirements) — in collaboration with IT, architecture and data teams
Work in agile project and delivery settings and help shape modern ways of working
Further develop our Swiss banking portfolio and contribute to proposals, presentations and client workshops
Build long-term client relationships through proactive consulting and tailored solutions

Successful completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in consulting or at a Swiss bank
Very good knowledge of the Swiss banking environment, ideally with regulatory exposure
Experience in functional design (e.g., domain or data architectures) and working with data models
A good understanding of core banking systems, peripheral systems and integration architectures is an advantage
Interest in and understanding of digital platforms, cloud solutions and AI applications
Structured working style and solid project management skills (Agile/Scrum; PMP, PRINCE2 are a plus)
Strong analytical skills and business sense to enable data-driven decisions
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
