Role Overview

• Establishing the annual strategic direction and objectives across integrated communications
• Leading the development and execution of a cohesive communications and brand strategy
• Partnering with senior leadership to define and implement an integrated communications and editorial strategy
• Leading the creation of compelling, multi-channel content
• Developing key internal communications for staff
• Owning a proactive earned media strategy
• Developing and executing media relations strategies
• Overseeing digital communications channels
• Providing strategic communications support for key organizational events
• Leading cross-functional communications efforts and managing external vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience required
• Experience in communications, public relations, or brand strategy
• Proven success in earned media
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Experience managing social media strategy
• Demonstrated expertise in website content management and SEO best practices
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with social media and content management platforms
