Role Overview
- Develop and embody design expertise
- Identify and develop opportunities related to Design & Product topics

- Lead end-to-end engagements

- Contribute to growing the Design practice within the Factory
- Manage and mentor a team of designers (UX/UI, Product Designers) and hybrid profiles
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a consulting firm, agency, or design studio
- Degree from a design school, business school, or engineering school
- Strong expertise in experience design and/or product design
- Ability to champion a strategic vision for design
- Experience in business development (ideally on design/product topics)
- Experience managing creative, multidisciplinary teams
- Product mindset and experience with agile delivery
- Familiarity with technology and AI applications in design
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
