Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in a consulting firm, agency, or studio
- Degree from a leading engineering, business, or design school
- Strong interest in experience design, technology, and innovation
- Dual skill set: strategic vision and delivery-oriented culture
- Proven track record in business development (acquiring and growing accounts)
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals: profitability, staffing, program management, risk
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
