Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical disciplines
4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business analytics operations, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Biotech industry.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with practical experience in programming or scripting languages such as Python or PySpark
Familiarity with data visualization tools for creating impactful dashboards and visual insights
Working knowledge of Pharma datasets such as Patient Data, Claims Data, and LAAD Data
Strong communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills for bridging the gap between data insights and business strategy
Proven track record of improving business efficiency and campaign ROI through data-driven decision-making
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
