Provide overall support to management.

0-2 years in a Compliance Analysis role; proven ability in performing all entry-level compliance analysis functions
Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Paralegal training.
Moderate knowledge of corporate finance and securitization compliance requirements.
Moderate knowledge of preparation of SEC filings and financial filing software.
Moderate knowledge of financial filing software.
Proven demonstrated skills in review of securitization legal documents.
Proven Microsoft Office Skills.
Able to communicate in a clear and effective manner
Ability to establish priorities and meet tight deadlines
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers.
Produce highly accurate work.
