About this role
Role Overview
Help customers use Bigblue and resolve their day-to-day issues
Educate customers on logistics workflows, including technical/product-related aspects
Contribute to app improvements through daily collaboration with Operations and Product teams
Deliver a positive customer experience by supporting Bigblue merchants on a daily basis
Serve as the first point of contact for merchants and resolve issues efficiently via the ticketing system
Work with Product and Operations teams to anticipate and prevent operational problems
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Fluent in French and English
Analytical mindset
Fast learner — able to absorb large amounts of information quickly
Strong customer-centric attitude
Fully aligned with Bigblue’s values
Excellent written and spoken spelling and grammar
Detail-oriented
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Autonomous in resolving merchant issues
Optimistic mindset: “There are no problems, only solutions”
Other languages (Spanish, German) — bonus
Previous experience at a logistics company — bonus
Experience in a scale-up — bonus
