Applications Administrator – Property & Casualty

Role Overview

• Lead the administration, optimization, and integration of core insurance technology platforms
• Oversee system stability, performance, and advanced third-party configuration
• Manage AMS internal configurations, financial and servicing workflows, and data accuracy across reporting structures
• Oversee full lifecycle administration of ImageRight, including document management, workflow design, and automation
• Collaborate with vendor partners on upgrades, enhancements, and performance
• Execute targeted data maintenance projects and regular audits to identify data gaps and implement corrective measures
• Maintain data governance standards across all systems by monitoring data structures
• Support and lead Agency One administration and implementations
• Lead and administer all aspects of carrier download processing
• Create and Manage user profiles, permissions, and security access across all platforms
• Provide Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 technical support
• Administer and customize high-level reports for regional teams and leadership

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
