Partnering closely with engineering, design, and marketing to shape a customer-focused roadmap
Owning the product development lifecycle and ensuring delivery stays on time and on budget
Engaging executives, customers, and partners to gather feedback and build alignment on product direction
Coaching and motivating your team to grow and hit their goals
Requirements
A proven track record as a Senior or Lead Product Manager on a global digital product. Fintech product management strongly preferred but not essential.
Direct B2C and payments experience, this is essential.
Experience in a fast-moving scale-up or start-up environment.
Deep fluency across the product development lifecycle: discovery, delivery, continuous discovery, hypothesis validation, and running experiments
Zero-to-one experience shipping a consumer-facing product, ideally in a regulated environment
A genuinely data-driven mindset
you can identify the metrics that matter, dig into their drivers, and evaluate the success of your work (and your team's)
The ability to lead strategically while staying hands-on when it counts
Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
Strong analytics skills paired with sound UX instincts, including conversion optimisation
Fluency with AI tools and a sharp instinct for where they actually move the needle in a product workflow
Excellent communication, the confidence to push back positively when needed, and an ability to work well with diverse teams
