Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in software sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets, preferably in complex SaaS sales to mid-market and enterprise clients.
Ability to effectively negotiate high-value, complex, multi-year contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience interacting with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated solution-selling capabilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Proficiency in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales deals.
Proficiency in sales and analytical tools, such as CRM systems, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks effectively.
