Support execution of the global product pipeline to exceed company objectives; work with cross-functional partners to successfully execute
Act as a key liaison across cross-functional teams (Product Development, Creative, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment
Prepare and support presentations for management meetings
Maintain and update the global product calendar and pipeline
Support the development of global product briefs with compelling and unique product concepts that fit within franchise positioning, leveraging consumer insights, understanding gaps in the market and portfolio
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing, cost of goods, and margin targets
Work closely with International markets Marketing teams on market needs; serve as global product advocate to push initiatives forward
Monitor the beauty and retail landscape to identify growth opportunities
Support pricing and positioning analysis across key launches
Track performance of initiatives and provide regular and ad-hoc analysis
Make recommendations based on research and sales trends
Requirements
2-4 years of related business experience, beauty and/or retail experience strongly preferred
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Must be an excellent communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
