End-to-end responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering complex IT and digital projects (custom software) across all phases, from acquisition to successful completion.
Strategic consulting as well as building and sustainably developing client relationships and strategically relevant accounts.
Responsibility for resource planning as well as ongoing project controlling and reporting in a multi-project environment.
Planning, prioritization and management of backlogs as well as facilitation of agile processes and workshops.
Ensuring quality by overseeing testing, acceptance, releases and rollouts.
Requirements
Relevant qualification and/or a degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems.
Extensive experience leading complex digital IT projects, ideally in an agency environment.
Confident in client-facing situations and in leading interdisciplinary project teams (focus on development).
Solid experience in strategic client advisory as an Account Manager.
