Role Overview
- Own the transition of creative production into the AI era
- Build a scalable AI workflow
- Develop high-performing creatives for paid ads, e‑commerce, and CRM
- Establish a clear AI art direction for Rosental
- Ensure AI-generated content aligns with our premium brand identity
- Deliver measurably improved creative performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in D2C, consumer apps, or a fast-moving growth environment
- Portfolio that demonstrates real performance results
- Understanding of Meta funnel logic
- Self-production of ads: static, video, motion, iterations & cutdowns using Figma and the Adobe Suite
- AI-native and pragmatic
- Preferably experience with Nano Banana and Kive
- Ability to read data and translate it into creative decisions
- Structured, direct, and resilient
