Sales Representative – Full-time

Role Overview

• Phone follow-up with leads previously contacted by email
• Phone follow-up with inbound leads
• Phone follow-up with our existing contacts
• Cold calling prospective new clients
• Planning, preparation, and follow-up for appointments (via email & phone)
• Maintenance and management of our CRM system

Requirements

• Extensive sales experience (including cold calling) is required
• Sales experience in a marketing agency is an advantage
• You are comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and are self-confident
• You are driven to achieve targets, increase commissions, and give it your all
• You should be communicative, quick-witted, and articulate
• You are ambitious, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
• You can work independently and take responsibility
• You are reliable and respond quickly to inquiries
• Excellent German, both written and spoken
