Responsible for developing and operationalizing cross-selling and bundle strategies
Piloting new business models
Systematically realizing synergies across the group
Structuring strategy processes with group companies
Creating transparency around market and competitive dynamics
Supporting the prioritization of key growth areas
Supporting integration processes at the process and systems level for acquisitions
Taking temporary project leadership when strategic direction is unclear or initiatives are stagnating
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
MBA or additional qualifications in Strategy, Business Development or Management are a plus
Several years of professional experience in Strategy, Business Development or management consulting
Experience developing and implementing corporate strategies at group or business-unit level
Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
Solid knowledge of strategic planning and analysis (e.g., market, competitive and portfolio analyses)
Strong strategic mindset and the ability to quickly grasp complex interdependencies
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
Ability to derive clear recommendations for action from complex analyses
Experience prioritizing and managing multiple parallel projects and initiatives
Understanding of business models, market dynamics and growth drivers
