Role Overview
Where you'll work:
The Digital Channels area at BRB Seguros, responsible for structuring and scaling digital distribution channels (banking app, virtual assistant, AI agents) to offer insurance in an intelligent, personalized, and profitable way to millions of customers.
The challenge:
- Design low-friction journeys that convert, automate manual processes, and identify/implement hidden levers that drive sustainable, profitable penetration across the bank's customer base.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Lead implementation projects for sales channels and automations.
- Organize and refine the channels' backlog, ensuring tasks are clear and ready for the technology development team.
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with IT, Product, and Marketing to design solutions oriented to commercial processes.
- Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve process bottlenecks and quality issues in the channels.
- Prioritize tasks based on impact vs. effort, keeping the team focused on what truly moves the needle.
- Elicit requirements and connect areas: act as a translator between domains — IT (technical feasibility), Marketing (communication), Product (insurance) and Sales (sales rules).
- Analyze data and resolve bottlenecks: investigate conversion drops, channel quality issues and bugs with a root-cause approach (not just firefighting).
- Explore and bring new possibilities: research trends such as "How are other companies using AI to sell insurance?" and "What works in the global insurtech market?"
