Serve as the primary management reference for the team you lead.
Align with Cadastra's and clients' strategies, guiding and developing people to achieve results.
Lead the team by conducting management rituals and coaching team members on behavioral and technical matters.
Lead strategic Media deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Lead Media campaign strategies from planning through execution, evaluation and optimization together with the operations team, ensuring delivery quality.
Lead and develop Coordinators and Specialists in both behavioral and technical aspects, and support them in their leadership roles so they can develop their teams and run operations.
Create and review strategic materials for clients to refine deliverables.
Participate in results presentations, briefing and de-briefing meetings, war rooms, on-call shifts and performance rooms to monitor campaign performance.
Act as the guardian of campaign results, supervising the operational team and identifying opportunities for improvement and course corrections.
Represent Cadastra with clients and vendors, nurturing quality relationships and upholding the company’s image.
Ensure the organization and standardization of Media processes.
Promote best practices, recommended behaviors and appropriate language, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information and protecting the company and people involved.
Manage the team’s vacations, time off, leaves and time-bank alongside Coordinators.
Requirements

Plan, execute and monitor paid media campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within available budget.
Identify the most important and urgent tasks and prioritize them to use time efficiently for yourself and the team.
Adapt to the company’s constant changes, acting flexibly and resourcefully in adverse situations with clients and the team. Adjust to new situations and challenges while maintaining emotional stability and inspiring teams to be adaptable to change.
Bachelor’s degree (required); postgraduate degree desirable, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
General knowledge of media buying platforms.
Experience in digital marketing, performance and/or advertising agencies.
Have taken certification exams at least once for Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mercado Ads, Amazon Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Fluent English preferred.
Knowledge of negotiation techniques and experience managing offline media campaigns are a plus.
