Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for tokenized asset capabilities
Lead product development across the end‑to‑end asset lifecycle, including issuance, servicing, settlement, custody, and distribution
Partner with Technology to translate product requirements into scalable platform and architecture decisions
Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment, operational resilience, and strong control frameworks
Work with Distribution and client‑facing teams to identify client demand, support go‑to‑market strategy, and prioritize use cases
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments related to tokenized assets and digital markets
Serve as a cross‑functional leader and subject matter expert for asset tokenization initiatives

8+ years of experience in product management, investment services, asset management, or related financial services roles
Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and asset servicing models
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product teams from concept through delivery
Proven ability to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and risk
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams
