Check and post incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring correct recording of tax information in accordance with internal procedures;
Support the calculation of ICMS and ICMS-ST, assisting with the issuance of tax payment slips and monitoring of payments;
Assist in the preparation and review of ancillary tax obligations, such as SPED Fiscal, GIA, DIME and GNRE, following departmental guidance;
Identify inconsistencies in SPED Fiscal and support corrections as directed by the team;
Verify amounts related to DIFAL and Use and Consumption, making necessary entries according to established rules;
Assist with updating tax books and control reports for ICMS Próprio and ICMS-ST;
Support monitoring of the fiscal current account of the units with the State Treasury (Secretaria da Fazenda);
Perform queries related to fiscal classification of goods, with technical support from the team;
Assist in the tax registration (habilitação) processes of the units, gathering and verifying required documentation;
Organize documents and information for internal and external audits and tax inquiries;
Support responses to tax notifications and requests under the guidance of responsible analysts;
Stay updated on routines, procedures and basic changes to applicable tax legislation for the area;
Provide operational support to branches and internal teams on matters related to ICMS tax routines.

Higher education in progress or completed in Accounting, Administration, Economics or related fields;
Basic knowledge of tax routines related to ICMS and ICMS-ST;
Initial experience, internship or supporting experience in calculation of state taxes and submission of ancillary obligations, such as SPED Fiscal, GIA, DIME, GNRE and DIFAL;
Basic knowledge of fiscal classification of goods;
Familiarity with tax systems or ERP platforms;
Intermediate Excel skills focused on controls and reconciliations;
Interest in professional development in the tax area;
Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS.
