About this role
Role Overview
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing;
Conduct consultative meetings to understand clients' pain points and propose solutions;
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business;
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a structured handoff;
Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM;
Plan and execute client retention and loyalty initiatives;
Handle contract renewals and churn recovery efforts;
Monitor market trends and competitor activity;
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual commercial targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields);
Strong negotiation and communication skills;
Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach;
Organized, proactive, and able to plan effectively;
Ability to work under pressure;
Comfortable with CRM systems and pipeline management;
Ability to propose solutions and innovative ideas;
Interest in continuous learning;
Capacity to work under pressure;
Results-oriented, organized and planning skills;
Negotiation skills;
Experience managing contracts and commercial KPIs;
Experience with account growth strategies.
